I am particularly suited to help you. As an organization development consultant since 1983, I specialize in innovation and problem-solving in non-profit, community and government agencies. Most of my current work focuses on collaborations; my time is split between on-going, in-depth consultation with organizations, and one / two day workshops. I’m known for active, highly participative workshops that focus on real-time problems and potential solutions. During the last 25 years I’ve developed a strong reputation designing and delivering exceptional training activities.
I have a formal background in adult learning theory and applications.
My most recent publication is “The Nimble Collaboration”, a compendium of best practices in collaborations, published by Fieldstone Alliance. I co-authored “Collaboration, Creating, Sustaining and Enjoying the Journey” in 1984. This award-winning handbook guides non-profit staff through partnership ventures.
